President Bush signed legislation which provides up to 13 weeks of extended unemployment insurance benefits for those who have exhausted a regular unemployment claim. A notice giving filing instructions have been mailed to those individuals who may qualify. The Division of Employment Security Regional Claims Centers are now accepting applications for these extended benefits.
